Nas and Damian Marley Drop “Distant Relatives”

Yesterday Nas and Damian Marley released their highly anticipated album “Distant Relatives.” I’ve only listened to it once through very quickly, and my first impression was very good — there’s quite a variety sounds for a reggae/hip-hop album. It’s available now on Itunes for only $9.99. I’d check it out.

The duo is performing the album this August 1 at the Gathering of the Vibes in Bridgeport, CT. I’d check that out too.

A full review of the CD will follow soon — once I give it several listens all the way through.
